You have 10 plans to choose, and many of the plans include a 3-car garage! Prices run from the high $400,000s to the low $600,000s. These homes are large- with the largest nearly 4500 square feet. I’m touring their on-site model called The Graymount. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a 3-car garage. The base price starts in the high $400,000s but can run you closer to $550,000 with options/upgrades.
