The Villages of Maiden is a DR Horton community located about 50 minutes north-northwest of Charlotte, NC and about 20 minutes from Hickory.

The big draw here is price point- you can get in from $300,000 to $350,000. They have 9 floor plans, with a mix of ranches and 2-story homes. In this video, I’ll tour their on-site ranch model called the Aria. Prices for the Aria are close to $325,000.
