The Avery is the best-selling ranch home at a whopping 2400 square feet, offering 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Gathering spaces are large and open, while the bedrooms afford privacy. Prices start in the high $300,000s. The largest 2-story home is The James, at about 3000 square feet, and it start in the low $400,000s. The Phoenix is the smallest ranch offered at around 1500 square feet, with starting prices in the low $300s.

Amenities at Trinity Crossing include walking Trails. There isn’t a pool here so that keeps the monthly HOA fee low at about 57 bucks a month. As of early December 2021, there are about 37 lots left at Trinity Crossing. To purchase, you’ll need $5,000 down and a bit more for options, with the total averaging around $10,000 down.
