Looking for new homes in Mooresville? Here’s a look at Harris Farms by Empire Homes. Empire is one of North America’s largest privately-held homebuilders.

The Details

Their site plan here at Harris Farms calls for 166 homes. Average pricing is from the low $500,000s to the low $600,000s. You can choose from 8 floor plans ranging in size from 1870 to 3400 square feet., with one or two story options. You also have the option to purchase a completed home- or pick your home plan, lot, and visit their Charlotte design center to customize your home.

The model in my tour is called The Ellington. The base price is $490,000. Adding the second floor adds another $45,000. Throw in a lot premium and design options will move the final price to the high $500,000s to lower $600,000s. The model is “loaded” with design features and brings the total to around $650,000.

Harris Farms is only 2 miles south of downtown Mooresville. There is a new Publix Shopping center south of the community- it’s only a 5 minute walk! Future amenities include a pool and clubhouse, dog park and tot lot.
