My dream home is this Santa Fe model home by Classica at their new home community in Huntersville, North Carolina called Oak Farm.

What I love about it is the open plan living- and the outside living space! I can just imagine throwing a party in this home! The primary bath is exquisite. And, the upstairs space is amazing as well.

The Santa Fe model starting price as around $1.13M. The Sante Fe is this video has more options/upgrades and may come in closer to $1.4 M. Oak Farm has 61 homesites. About 1/2 of them are still available for sale. You can built the Santa Fe or 13 other models on any homesite.
