They’re working on the first 35 2-story homes. Plans call for an additional 35 homes in phase 2. Sequoia Forest is located just a few minutes north of downtown Mooresville. And, it’s just 5 miles from the nearest boat launch, Stumpy Creek. Prices start in the mid $300,000s.
